90% of our team works remotely. We are based in Singapore and you will be mostly be managing and working with teammates from around the globe.

Duties and Responsibilities:

​

• Plans and develops innovative/new products  that will drive business growth and answer the needs of customers.

• Conducts market problems and needs analysis.

• Conducts research and comes up with a functional solution to the market problem.

• Implement, test and launch the product.

• Partner onboarding and management which includes all vendor contracts such as defining final agreements with partners to come up with the required contract including the customer agreement.

We are looking for someone with:

​

• A proven track record in product development

• An expertise in  product planning such as but not limited to the following activities: market problems and needs analysis, product research, product implementation,  testing, and launching, and partner onboarding and management

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Fluency in both English and Mandarin.

• A strategic and an analytical mindset.
