HR Recruitment Specialist
Our business is expanding rapidly and we are looking for someone to help us achieve two goals:
1) Attract highly-skilled and talented people to our company
2) Curate an HR strategy suitable for our start-up culture
In order to fulfill 1), you need these two vital skills:
A) Excellent Interpersonal Skills
Decent people's skills, good presentation skills and a great command of English is a must for this role. This is because you are representing our company as the very first touch-point with potential hires! We are a fun bunch with a collaborative, challenging, rewarding and flexible culture and you as our HR Manager should be able to evoke our company vibe to all potential hires. We believe that highly-skilled and talented people are looking for something more than a good compensation package, therefore, your role as a presentable touchpoint is vital for us :)
B) Marketing Skills
Fundamentally, you are an HR marketer! In order to attract top talents, you need to know how to sell our job positions and position our company- this includes putting together effective job ads on the right platforms, sourcing candidates, interviewing them and negotiating salary.
With regards to point 2):
There are many styles of HR management and the one we believe is most suitable for us is a start-up approach. It is preferred that you have experience working in a start-up, as the culture and company structure is very different from that of an MNC. You would have to curate an HR strategy suitable for us - keeping a good balance of keeping the essence & benefits of a start-up (flexibility and speed) while introducing structures that would help us achieve the following:
Cultivate an A-team & A-player spirit in our company
Motivate our employees to over-perform
You will also take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development.

Job Arrangement: Remote-working
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.
Proficient with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) systems.
Proficient with performance management systems such as OKR, Topgrading, Job Scorecard.
Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
High EQ and expert interpersonal skills.
