We are looking for individuals who are passionate about growth and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Bay & Chay is a company that grows people from within. All Customer Happiness Officers will be cross-trained to take on dual-roles- with on-the-job training to be our Product Listing Executive.

​

Duties:

​

  • Attend to customers’ inquiries through emails, social media platforms, and live chat. 

  • Identify common email drivers/trends

  • Handle After sales transactions (refunds, cancellations, etc.)

  • Liaise with our fulfillment team on shipping and tracking concerns

  • Check and relay tracking information to our customers

  • Update/improve our canned responses

  • Perform your role without much hand-holding

  • Communicate to the department concerned for customer feedback/your own feedback

  • Switch hats and perform Product Listing Executive duties when designated

  • Handle overtime when the company has an influx of customers' inquiries

  • Handle any other ad hoc duties as designated


Requirements: 

​

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service for an e-commerce business.

  • Knowledge in CS software such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc

  • Knowledge in maintaining online platforms and social media.

  • Proactive personality and self-motivator.

  • Able to be a team player with problem-solving skills.

  • Quick learner with the ability to absorb extensive information on our company's product offerings, and communications/advertising campaign.

  • Good Microsoft Office applications skills and the ability to learn new applications quickly

  • Must be a service-oriented person with good Interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills and phone etiquette.

  • Demonstrates initiative with the ability to multi-task and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
